This Refund Policy explains the current cancellation and refund support process.
Cancellation
Cancellation and plan changes follow the subscription options available in Semranko and take effect according to the applicable billing-cycle rules.
Provider-incurred services
Semranko may incur third-party provider costs immediately when you submit tracking, refresh, research, competitor analysis, or other paid processing. If an incorrect keyword, location, device, domain, CSV or other data, or another incorrect request is submitted after that cost is incurred, the related usage may be non-refundable or reduce the amount eligible for refund, subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case against the payment and service circumstances. Where a refund is eligible, it may be full or partial depending on consumed services, provider costs, and applicable policy. Any GST or other tax component is handled under applicable tax and accounting rules; where required, Semranko may issue or record an appropriate credit note or tax adjustment. Contact support with your invoice reference and a short description of the issue.
